Meet Zach
Zach is the strategist of The Cook Realty Company—equal parts thoughtful communicator and skilled negotiator. Before real estate, he taught Chemistry for five years, a role that honed his ability to simplify complex ideas and stay steady under pressure. Today, those same strengths make him a trusted advocate for buyers, sellers, and investors across the Augusta area. Zach is also very involved in the networking of Real Estate professionals, being the current chair of YPN (Young Professionals Network of Realtors) in 2026 (Co-chair 2025).
When he’s not helping clients, Zach can usually be found doing one of three things: perfecting a recipe in the kitchen, smoking meats for friends, or winning board games with his family (or at least trying to). He loves any opportunity to gather people together and believes that home is where the best moments of life happen.
Meet Diego
Operations Assistant
Based in the Philippines, Diego brings two years of virtual assistant experience and a strong foundation in property analysis. He joined Zach Cook Real Estate in 2024 and quickly became a dependable part of the operations team. Driven, detail-oriented, and always eager to grow, Diego contributes focus and momentum to every project.
Outside of work, Diego enjoys spending time with his partner and their dog, exploring the city and discovering new places to unwind and recharge.

Kelly is the creative force at The Cook Realty Company. After six years teaching Theatre, she brings a natural flair for storytelling and a genuine heart for helping people. Her clients appreciate her thoughtful communication, steady organization, and the way she makes every step of the real estate process feel personal and intentional.
Beyond real estate, Kelly’s creativity shines. She loves painting, DIY projects, and transforming spaces with her own hands. Whether she’s refreshing a room with a brushstroke or taking on a new home project, she finds joy in making things beautiful and meaningful. As a mom and maker, she believes home is where stories unfold—and she loves helping others find the perfect place to begin their next chapter.
